Inspired by Northern California landscapes, Fernanda’s mural gives a glimpse of the unique views that Mt. Diablo offers throughout its trails. The design features prevalent elements from nature to immerse the viewer into a delightful experience and persuade them to identify familiar details such as contrasting plants and flowers.

Oakland-based artist Fernanda Martínez is best recognized for creating art with a highly expressive spirit.
